Every console undergoes a great deal of refurbishment. We are honest in our untouched images and how we advertise them. Some are fully modernized from the get go, some are restored vintage electronics when they seem like they can handle the task, and some are hybrid, a combination of the two.

Unless advertised differently consoles are restored and tested before it ships. As original mid-century pieces, they carry the gentle marks of age we call “patina”. We do a great bit of restoration as needed, and these large pieces have certainly picked up various nicks and such along the way that we have minimized, sometimes fully repaired but there will be signs of vintage aging and experience on these pieces. We do offer to the discerning customer the option to fully restore the finish, museum quality if you will, and certainly there is a conversation and cost to be had about that. Our typical restoration is impressive on its own, but if you want it without flaw, for whatever reason, we have a program of options for that. Reservation terms

1. A deposit of $500 reserves your console and covers the completing of restoration and system readiness. There is a link on every single console page for this. This deposit puts reserves this console in your name. You will need to email us on the link on any of the pages and let us know which one you are reserving, and your availability to talk in the following couple of days.

2. The remaining balance is due by wire or Zelle within 3 business days of ordering and sending the initial deposit.

3. We will reach out to confirm sale, expectations, configuration and timing. We keep it simple and easy but exceeding expectations is important to us. So this conversation is critical in ensuring success. And if you decide within these 3 days you are not comfortable and want to cancel, you may.

4. If you cancel after reserving, the deposit is refundable, within 3 days as mentioned above. After 3 days we cannot refund as much work has progressed and equipments ordered.

5. Before shipping, we send photos and a short video of your console playing. One video is an overall closeup and the other is how to use this. Please review them and tell us of any concerns before shipment.

6. Return policy: “Notify us in writing within 5 days of delivery; and we can process an exchange for like priced item. return freight is paid by the buyer as would be normally expected.
